Due to successful expansion my client, One of Irelands Leading Insurance Providers, is seeking an Insurance Claims Manager to join their busy Claims Department

Role:

The insurance claims manager will be responsible for enchancing company and ensuring effectiveness in their claims function

Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily workflow to ensure SLA's are met and maintained
Timely and Accurate reporting on management statistics
Responsible for claims staff training and development on industry related products and services
Motivating and providing leadership to staff
Implementing and optimising claims processes in related areas
Involvement in key projects related to department development
Key Requirements:

Strong people skills
Previous team leader/ supervision experience is essential
Experience and knowledge in claims processing and service delivery
Experience in developing and enchancing core business processes
Strong organisation and attention to details skills
An insurance qualification or progression towards one is desirable but not essential
